From seedling to wine
In our own wine cellar, after the grapes have been harvested exclusively by hand, the gentle processing and individual maturation period begins. Daily monitoring of the fermentation process is important in order to achieve the desired quality.
The transformation from must to wine is like a child growing up, which is why we are so proud of our high-quality products. Our classic white wines are stored in NiRroSta tanks,
to maintain their fresh fruitiness. Our white single-vineyard wines and red wines mature in large wooden barrels. Our strong red wines are matured in barriques, as this is the only way they can achieve the desired maturation process.
We give each variety and each vintage as much time as the wine needs to establish its typical character and to ensure that it can be stored for a long time.
